Contents: William of Ockham, 1 Dial., 2 Dial. (fol. 176-191r).

From the British Academy description:

Published Information: See Catalogue général des Manuscrits des Bibliothèques publiques de France: Départements, t. XLV: Paris-Besançon-Aix, 2e Supplément, (Paris: Plon, 1915), p. 478. Dates MS to 14th century. Gift of A. Pécoul, 1906. (According to biographical information available in the Bibliothèque Méjanes, A. Pécoul spent time as ambassador in Madrid and Rome and had connections throughout Europe. (See also article by H. Lemonnier.) There seems no way of knowing where he acquired the MS.)
Observations: In one hand throughout. Decorated initial capitals: 33r, 33v. In gatherings of ten folios.
Collation shows that in 1 Dial. this MS belongs to the D family, which also includes Ca Vd La. It is a poor witness to the text, with many omissions and confusions.
Knysh: The possibility that this is a 15th century manuscript cannot be excluded.
On this witness, especially in relation to 2 Dial., see also Ballweg.
